The Edge-Cloud Director is a set of services that add additional functionality to the Edge-Cloud Platform services, primarily focused on authentication and authorization.
Services
- The Main Controller (or Master Controller) services as an API gateway for the regional services from edge-cloud-platform. It is mostly a pass-through for the regional services API, but allows for an additional "region" field to allow directing APIs to the correct set of regional services. In addition, it manages user accounts and implements RBAC based on organizations and roles.
