[Operational] Enterprise e2e tests

Enterprise e2e tests are separate from edge-cloud-platform e2e tests to separate OS (open source or potentially open source) e2e tests from closed source e2e tests.

The full e2e test suite should be runnable from the enterprise e2e test suite, the idea being that the enterprise e2e test suite runs the extra enterprise services, its own tests, and the OS tests.
